OUR POLICIES:

• If we determine that your dog(s) have been dropped off with fleas we will treat them & any belongings that came in with them and the cost associated with this will be passed on to you.

• Sick dogs will not be accepted for daycare or boarding. If your dog appears to be ill after drop off we will require that they be picked up immediately.

• An emergency contact who is local and can pick up your dog(s) in the event of an emergency or illness is required to be on file for all dogs who are boarding.

• We do not board or offer daycare to puppies less than 4 months old as the last puppy vaccination must be given at the 16-week mark.

• We absolutely do not board dogs who have aggression toward humans. If you have concerns about whether your dog can safely board with us we recommend scheduling a meet & greet prior to boarding to ensure everyone’s safety.

• Additional fees may be assessed for dogs who exhibit unforeseen aggression or out of control behavior toward us, our staff or our other guests as these dogs require special attention and handling. Owners will be notified ahead of time.

• Dogs who are not potty trained or dogs who soil their kennel numerous times per day despite having adequate yard time may incur additional boarding fees. Owners will be notified ahead of time.

• We ask that you please refrain from visiting doggy daycare (at another facility), dog parks, groomers or anywhere your dog may have nose to nose contact with other dogs for at least 14 days prior to your dog coming to Tanks Place for boarding or daycare. Adhering to this request will help reduce exposing our facility to contagious illnesses.

• Check-Out Time for all dog boarding clients:

• For all dog boarding clients check-out time is 11am Monday - Saturday Check out time is waived on Sunday.

• If you need your dog(s) to stay later than the established check out time on pick up day a $15 charge (for each dog) will be incurred for a 1/2 day of daycare.

• All dogs must be picked up no later than 6pm to avoid further charges.

• We are happy to accommodate an after-hours pick up with advance notice but an additional charge of $20 will be incurred for pick-ups after 6pm.
